1933 Riddle Sheehan Ten Shillings R9F

$1,950.00

This 1933 Riddle Sheehan Ten Shillings R9F serial number C over O – 223632 is a First Prefix example and as such is very rare. My opinion is that the note has been book flattened at some point throughout its life as there appears to be evidence that it was at some point quarter folded, perhaps in a wallet. Research shows the note was last sold at Nobles Auction in November 1999, described as such. Beyond that, this really is a cracker example of a very scarce George V early legal tender type note. The note is crisp, completely free from pinholes has great edges and nice colour.
