This 1960 Coombs Wilson QEII Ten Pounds R63 still retains the majority of its original crispness and colour. A QEII Reserve Bank type note and Australia’s last pre-decimal Ten Pounds prior to the decimal currency changeover in 1966. With the Coombs Wilson signature combination, this QEII ‘tenner’ really is a very nice example of this this difficult to acquire high denomination banknote.
